We represent you from brief to handover. We set the budget and programme with you, compare contractor quotations side by side, supervise the work on site, track cost and approvals, and follow defects through to close-out.
Engineers review every report before it reaches you. We run projects through an in-house project management program that keeps designers, contractors and you in one place.
Cost management and quantity surveying
Accurate cost planning, quantity surveying and budget control to protect your investment, including preparing or checking your BOQ and managing payment milestones.
Design and MEP review
Structural and MEP design review, working alongside your own architect, from early concept to construction-ready drawings.
Inspection and audit
Handover inspection for new condos and houses, and audits of existing buildings, carried out by our engineers.

The people who lead your project
Over 35 years in large-scale construction across residential, hospitality, commercial and industrial projects in Thailand and Cambodia. Began as a site supervisor on high-rise buildings and rose to senior project leadership, with hands-on structural experience on high-rise buildings of up to 36 storeys.

5 years in construction project management across industrial, retail and residential projects in Thailand. Studied civil engineering in France. Leads planning, contractor selection, site quality and progress control, and close-out on our projects. Works in Thai, English and French.

What does a construction project manager do for an owner or developer?
We act as your representative between you, the designers and the contractors. We set the budget and programme, compare quotations, supervise the work, control cost and approvals, and follow defects to close-out. You keep the decisions. We make sure you have the facts to make them.

Do you carry out the construction?
No. We manage and supervise contractors on your behalf. We do not build.

It is free and lasts 30 minutes, Tuesday to Thursday afternoons. You describe the space, budget range and date. We tell you what we would do, what to prepare, and whether we are the right fit. There is no obligation.

Yes. Our team works in English and Thai, Woratid also works in French, and reports can be written in English.
